Schools must register to use SmartLearn. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. Each school is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account.
SmartLearn ensures data isolation for each school. You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. We will not share your data with other schools or third parties without consent, except as required by law.
You agree to use SmartLearn for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized access, data tampering, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. Schools are responsible for managing their users (admins, teachers, parents, etc.).
SmartLearn strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates, which may temporarily affect access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including non-payment (if applicable) or misuse of the platform.
SmartLearn may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or the platform.
